What is thermal?Thermal fabric is a woven fabric that is warmer for its weight than other fabrics. It is usually woven in a honeycomb pattern that leaves small spaces in which air may be trapped. It has a higher shrinkage percentage than other fabrics. Thermal fabrics are commonly used for blankets, long johns, and hats.
