What is the FSC Ecolabel? What is the FSC Ecolabel?

The FSC Ecolabel is used on wood products that have met the FSC's rigorous criteria. Products bearing this logo have originated from a forest that has been determined to be well-managed by an independent, third-party organization using international principles and criteria. The FSC requires a Chain of Custody (COC) Certificate before a product can be labeled as FSC certified. The COC certification ensures tracking of a wood product from forest to consumer, providing a trustworthy audit trail that ensures the wood product the consumer is purchasing came from a certified sustainably-managed forest. |
