What is percale?Percale is a plain weave woven fabric that is smooth and soft with a silk-like feel. It wears and washes well and has no gloss. It may be made from either carded or combed yarns, with combed yarns producing higher thread counts. Percale is commonly used for sheets and clothing for women and children.
