What is Clarino?

Clarino is considered the highest quality synthetic leather in the world. Thousands of times finer than silk, Clarino fibers are extremely tough—three times stronger than leather--yet supple, lightweight, breathable and comfortable to wear all day long. Unlike leather, Clarino is breathable and washable and retains its softness even when wet. This man-made material is ideal for footwear because it will not shrink, stretch or harden and is resistant to water, stains and mildew.
