The CPSC requirements for children's sleepwear apply to all garments above size 9 months to size 14 and require that the fabric pass a flammability test OR be snug-fitting, as defined by specific dimensions.

We do not sell any clothing that has been treated with flame retardants, but all of our children's pajamas and sleepwear are still CPSC compliant because they are snug-fitting.
