What are pocket diapers? What are pocket diapers?

Pocket diapers are similar to
fitted diapers except, instead of an absorbent middle, they have a pocket sewn in the back into which you may add one or more inserts to increase the absorbency. For daytime use only one insert may be used. For naptime, nighttime or for heavy wetters two or more inserts may be used. Pocket diapers by themselves are very trim and light, but, when used with one or more inserts they are comparable to
fitted diapers in their weight and bulk.
