We strive for accuracy, but do occasionally make mistakes! To return an item due to our error (for example, if you received the wrong color or size of an item), please contact us to let us know. We will send the correct item ASAP along with a prepaid mailing label for you to return the incorrect item at our expense.
How can I return a defective item?

If I can't return/exchange Clearance items, what can I do with them?
We do require all customers to agree during checkout that they have read and agreed to all of our policies before submitting their orders--including the policy above that says Clearance items are not eligible for returns/exchanges. However, we do realize how easy it can sometimes be to just check boxes like this without actually having read the info and/or to overlook details when one is busy, or shopping online while:
a. nursing a baby
b. managing a toddler tantrum
c. making dinner
d. all of the above
e. insert something from your own busy life here
With this in mind, we offer the following suggestions on how you may recover some or all of the costs you spent on the above item(s). These suggestions are provided as a service only, and are not intended to be construed as endorsements of any particular company/method.
1. Re-sell the item(s) at an online auction site such as eBay.
2. Re-sell the item(s) at a local consignment store.
3. Re-sell the item(s) at a yard sale.
4. Donate the item(s) to a IRS-registered charity so you may deduct the fair market value on your taxes (you may wish to speak with your accountant about which method is best for you).
In our experience, the products that well have a very high resale value on auction sites and in consignment stores.
When can I return/exchange an item?
We must receive your item within 45 days of the date it originally shipped.
When will my refund be issued?
We strive to issue refunds within 2 business days of receipt of the returned item, but please do allow up to 10 business days.

Please note that the processing of your return/exchange may be delayed, or your package may be refused, if you do not follow this address format exactly.
How much of a refund will I get for my item?
As long as the item(s) you return is/are in perfect resaleable condition, with all original packaging and tags, we will issue you a full refund of the original purchase price.
If you return an item that was shipped using a free or discounted shipping offer, we will deduct from your refund the cost we would have originally paid to ship that item.
