Billing and Pricing
At the time you place your order with us, we will AUTHORIZE your credit card or PayPal account for your full order amount. This is a temporary hold that will automatically drop off of your account within 1-7 days, depending upon your bank's policies, unless we also place an actual charge for this same amount before then.
Once we have reviewed your order and are preparing it for shipping, we will charge your credit card or capture your PayPal funds.
Will you refund me the difference if the price drops for an item after my order has been processed?
We do not offer post-order price matching when an item's price drops after you buy it. Our prices regularly change, and the price you paid when you placed your order was the lowest price we were able to offer at the time.
Will you match another store's price for the same product?
KidBean.com doesn't price-match with other retailers (including those who sell our own branded items on their websites).
Why is the price for an item in my shopping cart different from the price when I first added it to my cart?
We regularly change our prices for numerous reasons, including to reflect price updates from our suppliers, strategic pricing agreements with our suppliers, short-term sales/promotions, and clearance sales. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most current price displayed on the item's product detail page. This price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart doesn't reserve the price shown at that time.
Some sales/discounts are limited-time offers dependent upon availability and our prices will necessarily change when the availability has changed.
Do you offer bulk discounts to co-ops, schools, or other groups?
KidBean.com does not offer bulk discounts on large quantity orders of a single item.
Why is the price in your store different from the price at BizRate.com (or any other Comparison Shopping Engine (CSE) like PristinePlanet.com, Shop.com, Buy.com, or Find.com)?
We regularly submit updated datafeeds to our CSE partners. However, discrepancies in product pricing may still occur. In such cases, the most accurate product price, and the one we will honor, will always be the one in our store.
